Description: The City of Minot is seeking sealed bids to supply water and wastewater treatment chemicals under Project #4232. Bids must be delivered to the City Clerk at City Hall by 11:00 a.m. on October 20, 2026, with the envelope marked “Bid for Water and Wastewater Treatment Chemicals.” The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and award the contract in the City’s best interest.
