New concession/restroom building as a design/build project. Furnish and install 26'x26'8" block building based on floor plan provided by owner. Build on a concrete slab with 24" x 24" footer under all masonry. Install 4" block partition dividers in restrooms fully reinforced with #4 rebar, Roof will be metal framed with 26ga. Standing Seam roofing and 30# felt underlayment. Ceiling will be finished with moisture resistant drywall, Install ADA toilets in both men's and women's. Install 3 EA. metal door units with closer and louvers in bottom of each door. Install 1 heater in each restroom and concession. Install all plumbing and electrical hook ups. Install LED wrap around light fixtures.

The new building will consist of a raised slab-on-grade foundation, concrete masonry units, and a wood-framed ceiling/roof structure with a single-ply membrane roof finish. All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical from the street, Highway 613, to and into the building shall be provided and fully function upon completion. All kitchen appliances and equipment will be furnished by the Owner. This project shall also consist of sidewalks, fill material, grading, and grassing along the north side of the existing arena. All electrical to provide the large arena fans, lights, and the receptacles at the base of the existing metal building columns shall be included in the scope, as well as the extension of conduit from the main service panel at the building to the location of the future press box shall be provided.
