Work include replacement of existing asphalt paving & subbase, existing small section of underground stormwater piping, existing concrete sidewalks & curbs, existing chain link fencing, existing ada parking signage, and existing parking lot light poles. Removal of existing parking lot concrete islands and buried fence posts. New concrete entry plaza for the gateway entrance with stamped concrete school logo, new painted steel gateway structure with concrete foundation piers, lighting, power & signage, new decorative aluminum fencing and entry gates, new black vinyl coated chain link fencing & gates, new light poles along the sidewalk east of the parking lot, new parking layout to maximize number of spots, and new parking lot striping for pedestrian traffic.

Capable of, installing and providing an automated parking lot payment solution, which includes mobile application technology, pay-by-phone, pay station kiosks, and credit card processing. The pay station kiosks must be able to allow for cash, credit, validation, and/or mobile payment tap options. The county desires a collective suite of services that integrate all these functions into a streamlined, efficient automated commuter lot parking payment management platform. The following outlines the minimum required features and functions of the parking lot solution.
