The work includes site preparation, concrete foundations, steel structures, fencing, installation of government-furnished breakers, transformers, communication equipment, fiber, and associated electrical and control systems with a period of performance of 360 calendar days. The solicitation was posted in early January 2026 and is a Small Business set-aside with a response deadline of February 6, 2026.

The principal components of the work involve miscellaneous sitework, demolition, earthwork, chain link fence, gravel surfacing, riprap, and seeding; providing concrete foundations; providing steel structures; installing Government-Furnished equipment including power circuit breakers, disconnecting switches, coupling capactor voltage transformers, surge arrester, voltage transformers, and control cable,; providing station battery sytems, switchboard sections, high voltage bus, grounding, conduit, cable trench, distribution panels, miscellaneous electrical, communication facilities, fiber optic cables and equipment, and constructing a site-built contol builing complete with electrical and mechanical systems.
