Bancroft Student Housing Building - Roofing and Pavers On Pedestals (CSLB C-39)

The project will be approximately 350,000 gross square feet and include approximately 1,619 student beds in a residence hall configuration comprising triples, doubles and singles, plus five staff apartments. A cluster style shared bathroom configuration will support groups of units. The project also includes a dining facility, designed to seat approximately 500 people and program space to support student residential living, inclusive of laundry facilities, meeting spaces, offices and additional space for staff and operations.
