Awards for Employee Length of Service - IDIQ Contract

The Contractor shall provide the following: 1) 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service pins with engraving: YEARS OF SERVICE AWARD PIN with individual pin box. 2) 30 years of service –small plaques 7"X8" walnut with copper seal and engraving; seal is Library of Congress specific. 3) 35 years of service –large plaques 10"X7- 1/2" with bronze seal and engraving; seal is Library of Congress specific. 4) 40 years of service –small clocks rosewood finish clocks silver with engraving: 5" PIANO DOME CLOCK. 5) 45 years of service – large clocks rosewood mantel clocks gold with engraving:5-1/2" PIANO BOOK CLOCK. 6) 50 and above years of service –black plate 8 11/16” x 5 ½” with engraving and adhesive on back.
