In general, the work consists of: construction or reconstruction of asphalt roads, access drives and parking lots, gravel trails, and culverts. This project is needed because the existing roads, access drive, parking lots, trails and culverts have reached the end of their life. The degraded facilities are causing safety hazards, damaging equipment, and deterring the public from visiting the properties. The additional new facilities will address existing safety hazards.
