Asphalt Milling, Patch Paving of Asphalt Roads and Parking Lots

Description: The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida is soliciting competitive sealed bids (ITB 26-15) for asphalt milling, patch paving of existing asphaltic roads and parking lots using Type S-1 or Type S-3 asphalt for projects less than 1,000 square yards. The scope includes milling of existing asphaltic concrete roadways, parking lot resurfacing, street asphalt patching and paving, centerlining, pavement markers, and thermoplastic application. Bids must be submitted electronically via DemandStar prior to 10:30 AM EST on July 30, 2026.
