Provide construction manager at risk one step process for addition & renovation of kitchen renovation scope will include the following. Complete renovation of the existing kitchen, which will include the demolition of walls, ceiling, floor, and underground plumbing in the kitchen area only, installation of new underground plumbing, new concrete kitchen floor and tile, new walls and ceiling and finishes in kitchen, all new kitchen equipment , lights, hood assemblies, mechanical systems and new building addition for the new cooler and freezer assembly, new grease interceptor and new sanitary line. Main building work will include the removal of existing toilet partitions and installation on new partitions. Complete mechanical system controls replacement. New digital marquee.
