AvailableWork consists of the removal and replacement of the seawall cap, cleaning and restoration of the Perry Monument Plaza and stabilization, cleaning, and restoration of the monument. The existing seawall cap will be removed and replaced. The restoration of the plaza includes removal and replacement of deteriorate concrete sidewalk, concrete crack repair, the removal of the knee wall and moat surrounding the monument, installation of concrete bollards with chains connecting the bollards, and lighting upgrades. The stabilization and restoration of the monument includes polymer soil injections, spall repair, removal and replacement of stone, partial stone replacement, repoint mortar joints, replace brick behind stone, and apply waterproofing and anti-graffiti coating to monument.
