Architectural Retainer Services

The Village of Savoy (hereinafter "Village") is currently accepting Proposals in the Letter of Interest format for architectural retainer services for the period between August 1, 2025, through December 31, 2028. The Village intends to use a qualification-based selection (QBS) process for the procurement of these services, per the Village policy. These projects may be locally funded, or they may be funded by State or Federal dollars. There is no specific project aligned with this selection. The purpose of this selection is to have a pre-selected retainer architectural consulting firm such that if a pressing need does arise, the Village will not need to go through a selection process at that time. We can choose one of the selected retainer consultants and attempt negotiation of scope, schedule, and budget for a project. If the Village is unable to negotiate terms with that firm, we will move on and attempt to negotiate with one of the other pre-selected retainer firms.
