Description: Provide qualified architectural and engineering firms to perform services on an as needed basis: conceptual planning, preliminary layouts, and cost estimates; field investigations, surveying, and drafting; engineering design for civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems; bid assistance, construction inspection, and construction management; preparation of feasibility studies, drainage studies, and specialized engineering reports; development of rehabilitation and pre-construction plans; due diligence evaluations and risk assessments.
