The Town of Southbury is seeking sealed bids for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to improve the bathrooms and kitchen at Community Park. Prospective bidders must attend a pre-bid conference at the Community Park bathrooms, 250 Community House Road, Southbury, at 10:00 AM on August 31, 2026. Specifications and bidding documents may be obtained from the First Selectman's Office or electronically through the Town's website, and sealed bids are due and opened at 10:00 AM local time on September 9, 2026.
