The Collaboration Council (Montgomery County) is soliciting Letters of Interest to create a pre-approved pool of vendors to provide outcomes-based out-of-school time programs for middle school students under the Excel Beyond the Bell (EBB) initiative. Selection places qualified providers on an Open Solicitation Vendor List for up to three years and allows the Collaboration Council to contract with providers as program needs arise; selection does not guarantee a contract. The solicitation is ongoing (Open Solicitation for Participation: Ongoing), not a grant program, and seeks nonprofit, for-profit, or individual providers to deliver a variety of youth-focused services aligned with EBB outcomes.
