The work of project includes Removal of existing wood siding and trim, Removal, salvage, and re-installation of existing fiberglass framed windows, wood door & frame, exterior lighting, and signage, Installation of new fiber cement lap siding and trim with rainscreen system, Installation of new weather resistant barrier (WRB), Installation of new flashing, Removal, salvage, and re-installation of existing steel pipe handrail, if required for new siding installation, Replacement of an exterior concrete wing wall, Paint the exterior of the building and other work.

Da Vinci Schools

Renovation of the existing entry cafe which includes all construction and services required to renovate the existing cafe space, remove and replace all finishes (i.e., flooring, ceiling, wall), install cafe equipment and appliances, provide pony stud wall partitions, countertops, as well as mept appurtenances. Modifications of existing fire alarm and fire suppression will be required, plus installation of staff lockers and shelving at the dry storage room and other associated improvements

Wiseburn Unified School District
