Description: Naval Air Systems Command is seeking capability statements for a planned IDIQ to transition the AN/ALE-47 Common Carriage countermeasures dispensing system from development into production; this active Sources Sought is for market research and is not a request for proposals. The anticipated work includes manufacturing, testing, and delivering the SA-2669A sequencer, D-74 dispenser housing, MX-12772 magazine, and AN/ALM-300 support equipment, with an estimated value of $104 million and a planned three-year ordering period for FY28 through FY30. This presolicitation seeks a contractor to provide asset management services for B-52H Carriage Equipment, including receiving, securing, storing, tracking, and shipping approximately 60 assets. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with removal / installation of floor covering, complete in strict accordance with specifications subject to the terms and conditions of the contract and as ordered by the contracting officer. This is a delivery order style contract in which individual delivery orders will be issued for a specific quantity of work to be performed in specific building(s), to be completed in a specific amount of time. All work performed on individual delivery orders will be iaw these specifications. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following items: remove existing flooring. Install new carpet, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, rubber and/or special epoxy coating flooring. See attached file.
