Description: Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting construction bids for implementation of an erosion and sediment pollution control plan in Cambria and Westmoreland Counties. The work includes rock construction entrances and wash racks, filter socks and tubes, clearing, grading, planting, drainage and channel work, erosion matting, a stilling basin, coal-refuse disposal, and coal-ash supply, coordination, and placement. The project term is 720 calendar days, and bids are due November 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
