American Dream Subdivision Infrastructure Improvements

Description: Project consists of demolition, utility relocation, and public infrastructure improvements. Work includes abandoning and modifying existing water, sanitary sewer, electrical, telecommunications, and natural gas utilities while maintaining service to existing customers where required. New infrastructure includes installation of approx 450 LF of 8" c900 water main with valves and a fire hydrant, relocation of an existing sanitary sewer manhole and associated piping, construction of new electrical conduit systems and service infrastructure, and relocation of existing gas facilities. Upon completion and successful testing of all underground utilities, roadway construction will include subgrade preparation, engineered fill, curb and gutter, ada-compliant pedestrian ramps, driveway transitions, asphalt paving, and installation of required traffic control and street signage,.
