Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.** The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Lop and Scatter services of up to 1618 acres in Garfield County. Mandatory Site Visit: NO. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest cost per acre Project Performance Time: November 9, 2026- June 1, 2027 Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
