Description: Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department is soliciting progressive design-build engineering and construction services for the Western Region Wastewater Treatment Facility Phase 2 Electrical Building & Resiliency Improvements project. The work includes new elevated electrical buildings, generator enclosures, demolition and conversion work, stormwater enhancements, power and controls improvements, and related design, permitting, commissioning, training, and construction services. This is a design-build procurement funded through the Resilient Florida Grant Program, not a grant application, and proposals are due November 12, 2026.
