Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drug Prevention Centers

The Maryland Department of Health (Maryland Behavioral Health Administration) issued a Request for Information to identify and engage four Maryland colleges or universities that have established Alcohol, Tobacco, and other Drug Prevention Centers on campus to provide prevention programs and activities for college-age students. Submissions (technical proposal and budget justification as separate attachments) and questions must be submitted via the Maryland eMMA procurement portal; the aggregator page points users to the buyer’s eMMA posting for full documentation. The RFI seeks institutions with demonstrated capacity and expertise in substance misuse prevention and requests details on program design, capacity and budget justification.
