The Department of the Air Force seeks a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contractor to manage and supply aircraft coatings and sealants for the Ogden Air Logistics Complex at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Work includes four-hour urgent delivery, storage and shelf-life control—including -80°F handling for Premixed Frozen Material—ITAR-compliant custody of FMS-3600 coatings, technical assistance, and a secure online ordering and tracking system. The anticipated period includes an eight-month ramp-up, a five-year ordering period, and a six-month delivery tail; this is a total small-business set-aside requiring CMMC Level 2 self-certification.
