Ag Research Facility BP07

The project is a new construction building on the University of Kentucky main campus. The building will contain teaching and research laboratories for the College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment. The building will also have Offices, Conference Rooms, a Vivarium, an Auditorium, and Rooftop Greenhouses. The building will have a concrete structure from level 1 to level 3, with steel frame construction from level 3 up. TC-045 Final Site Hardscapes and Softscapes - This package includes grading, sidewalks, final course asphalt, topsoil, landscaping, SOD, light utility work, and site furnishings. TC-046 - Signage - Interior building signage including room identification, wayfinding, and directories. TC-047 - Final Cleaning - Interior and exterior construction and final cleaning of the building.
