Ag in the Classroom State Summer Conference

Hosting the Ag in the Classroom State Summer Conference in the Oklahoma City/Edmond vicinity for teachers, extension educators, community support organizations, college/ university staff, and school administrators from all over the state and are looking at options for meeting room space, possible light breakfast and lunch. Date and time – July 6 – 7, 2026 (if not available list dates in July 2026, that are available). Monday, July 6, 2026, partial day or evening set-up time from 3:00 – 7:00 pm (time is adjustable). We will need one main room that will hold 275-300 people set up in rounds. We will work on decorating the large room on this day. AV, microphone, podium, screen, small stage mandatory. We will need 7-9 breakout rooms that hold 30-50 people each set up in classroom style – these do not have to be ready for that evening, but we would like rooms to be accessible, if possible, to drop supplies in each room.
