Georgian College invites qualified Proponents to submit proposals for inclusion on the college’s Vendor of Record (VOR) list for the provision of printing services. The printing services VOR encompasses three (3) categories: Category 1: General Print Needs Category 2: Acceptance Packages Category 3: Online Punchout/Catalogue. Proponents may bid on one (1) or more Categories and will be evaluated per Category selected, in accordance with the criteria set out in Schedule D of this RFSQ and the requirements described in Schedule F Master Agreement, Schedule 5 – General Description of Services. For greater clarity, proponents are not required to bid on all Categories but must bid on all requirements within a given Category.
