Adolescent Treatment Services (2027-09)

Description: The Alabama Department of Mental Health is seeking qualified providers to deliver adolescent early-intervention and/or outpatient substance-use treatment services in Region 4, which comprises 13 counties. Services include behavioral-health screening and assessment, counseling, case management, medication management, and related care for adolescents ages 13–19, delivered in person or by HIPAA-compliant telehealth when appropriate. The solicitation contemplates up to two 12-month awards capped at $250,000 each and requires hard-copy proposals by December 7, 2026.
