Description: The Navy is soliciting quotations for Level I repair of an ACTUATOR,ELECTRO-ME (NSN 3010011933544), including teardown, evaluation, inspection, and repair to like-new or “A” condition. The actuator is designated special-emphasis SUBSAFE/non-Level I material and is subject to refurbishment, testing, and certification requirements; the prime contractor must be the OEM for sole-source repair. Offerors must provide not-to-exceed or firm-fixed repair pricing and beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair pricing, with final delivery due within 85 days after the contract’s effective date.
