Acquisition de trousses pour surveillance des virus respiratoires
The Institut national de santé publique du Québec, through the Laboratoire de santé publique du Québec, has published an open notice of intent—not a competitive call for tenders—to acquire 100 NxTAG Respiratory Pathogen Panel v2 (IVD-CA) kits from Diasorin (Luminex). The kits detect 21 respiratory pathogens and are used in influenza vaccine-effectiveness and influenza-related mortality and morbidity surveillance, while the institute cites validation costs and operational risks associated with switching products. Interested suppliers may demonstrate that they meet the requirements by 3:00 p.m. Quebec time on November 13, 2026; responses will help determine whether the institute launches a public tender or proceeds with the intended direct award.
