Ville de Laval is seeking expressions of interest from rescue-craft manufacturers and suppliers to inform a potential acquisition for its fire service, rather than offering a grant or issuing a binding invitation to bid. The contemplated vessel would support rescue, search, recovery and emergency operations in challenging waters, including shallow areas with vegetation, floating debris and heavy boat traffic. Interested suppliers must provide the completed Annex 1 functionality response sheet and additional information about their company or products.
