The Housing Authority seeks a contractor to perform accessibility upgrades at Fireside Apartments, located at 75 Stewart St. and 730 Palisade Ave. in Bridgeport. The work must comply with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, HUD Deeming Notice requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal safety and environmental laws. Award is to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest actual or calculated cost, under a firm-fixed-fee contract with a 180-calendar-day period after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
