A&E Replace Upper Digester Compressors

The Department of the Air Force (Pacific Air Forces) posted a Sources Sought notice to identify architects and engineers capable of designing replacement of the upper digester compressors 1 and 2 at the Eielson AFB Wastewater Treatment Plant in Alaska. The work includes assessment of existing compressors and piping, evaluation of alternatives, development of design concepts and cost estimates, and production of 65%, 95%, and 100% design documents with participation in review meetings and compliance with Arctic environment specifications.
