74243 - EOTS GAP ANALYSIS SERVICE
AFSC/PZIMB intends to award a sole-source modification to Lockheed Martin Corporation for F-35 EOTS TR-3 gap-analysis and software sustainment capability assessment services. The work will support the 402d Software Engineering Group in establishing an organic software sustainment capability and includes phase-in, execution, phase-out, deliverables, site visits, travel, and reach-back support. The notice explicitly states that it is not a request for competitive proposals and that the Government intends to award the action to Lockheed Martin.
