73574 Brink Elevated Water Tank Rehabilitation

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC)

Work consist of rehabilitation of the 1-million-gallon elevated water storage tank including structural repairs (ladders, platforms, hatches, antenna mounts, interior roof members etc.), with replacement of associated service and overflow piping, valves, vaults, and other appurtenances. Elevated tank will be abrasive blasted and repainted. Also included is site work, grading, access road upgrade, electrical, instrumentation, and maintaining access for communication service providers. Demolition of the existing: 24" water service piping from the tank base to the connection at the tee to the pumping station, 8" overflow piping.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to repair and repaint the existing 300,000-gallon Highway 441 elevated water tank and related work.
