657-26-602 Create Observation Unit JC RFP

Description: This project will focus on creating a 3-bed observation unit within the existing Emergency Department at John Cochran, Building 1, Floor 01. Work includes, but not limited to, three rooms that will be converted to the Observation Unit and will be contained within the Emergency Room Suite footprint. Seven rooms will be renovated to include relocated triage rooms and reception desk. Renovations will include, but are not limited to, phasing to maintain operations, walls, finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and medical gases.
