AvailableRequirement to procure Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Recommissioning and Energy Optimization Services (REOS). The Contractor shall provide expert analysis, Test and Balancing (TAB) procedures, modifications, minor repairs and recommendations for optimal energy savings and improved system performance. The Air Force (AF) aims to achieve optimal performance and maximum efficiency of HVAC systems throughout the AF and enable long term energy consumption reduction. Under this contract, the AF will also perform HVAC REOS at select Space Force Bases (SFBs) due to agreements made between the two services. See attached file.
