Modifications will be made to existing electrical to install new LED light fixtures and provide additional power and data outlets.
AvailableRenovation of wooden side rails at the city pier. Replacement of all sections of worn and aged wooden side rail panels on the fields pier. There are approximately 220 panels. Furnish labor and materials to replace wooden side rail panels on the pier. Furnish and install 2”x8”x14’ top rail using composite board in the color - Cape Cod Grey. Furnish and install 2”x6”x14’ pressure treated wood side boards at top and bottom. Furnish and install 2”x2”x37.5” square spindles. Furnish and install ½” concrete anchors where spindles attach to concrete or ½” lag bolts to 6”x6” wood posts. 3 anchors per attachment point. Furnish and install 6”x6”x66” pressure treated square wooden posts. Furnish and install ¾” x6” concrete anchors to secure posts to concrete pier. 3 anchors per post. All hardware must be stainless steel. All ½”, ¾” bolts and lag bolts will have stainless steel washers. All pressure treated wood and or composite material will be secured with decking screws-no nails. Furnish and install Thompson Water Seal (or equivalent) to all wooden components.
