420 Glenwood - Finalize Modernization (RFQ)

Work includes all walls and ceiling surfaces to be repaired including but not limited to: cracks, holes, water damage and bulges. (must be level 4 finish before painting; repaint all,(including closets)walls, trim, doors, bases and ceiling surfaces; prime with one coat of paint. Paint with a second coat of paint; primary wall paint: promar 200 interior latex eggshell, color match; door & trim paint: promar 200 interior latex satin, color match (include window sills, base trim and door trim) ceiling paint.
