The contractor shall perform the following duties: Integrate NASA owned FLIR Boson cameras into the NASA owned GSS C512 and C516 camera systems.; Design, fabricate, integrate, balance, and test new hardware for complete integration.; Provided the live FLIR Boson video output external from the gimbal to the system operator.; Enable adjustment for the FLIR Boson camera for precise bore-sighting with the currently integrated camera system.; Provide a protective cover (Snout) for the current and new cameras (FLIR Boson), this cover will protect the camera systems from wind, rain, dust, etc.; Protective glass for both imaging systems must not impede in optical performance of the camera systems.; Enable the internal cameras to roll +/- 90 degrees when the snout is not installed.; Enable camera system roll lockouts when the snout is installed.; Enable camera system roll lockout to be adjustable for current visual camera system installation either in “portrait” or “landscape” modes.; The design will not reduce the overall lookup angle of the camera system as is currently allowed.; The FLIR Boson integrated system and hardware must be removable by the operator.; When the FLIR Boson integrated system is removed the visual camera system must still be operational with the original snout and maintain balance.
