AvailableThe purpose of this contract is to establish a three (3) year agreement with two (2) construction firms to maintain town owned physical assets such as streets, sidewalks, curbs, open and closed drainage systems, buildings, roadway signs and pavement markings in accordance with applicable standards. The location of work is limited to sites within the incorporated limits of the town. Individual locations will vary in their context from within existing roadway, drainage systems, buildings and parks and recreation areas. Engagement will be on-call with advance notice for planned projects and upgrades. Project needs that impact the safety of the traveling public (vehicular, bicycle and pedestrians) shall require a 48-hour response for the repair.

AvailableWork includes 64 SY 4 1/2" thick reinforced concrete sidewalk and mow strip, including sand base; 308 SY excavation for roadway and sidewalks, dispose of excess materials off site; 244 SY 7" concrete pavement including construction joints; 195 CY 8" stabilized subgrade; 85 LF sawcut and dowel into existing concrete pavement to ensure proper joint (match existing elevation per plans); 235 LF expand existing drainage swale including turf establishment and dispose spoils/excess materials off site; 875 LF provide and install reinforced filter fabric fence (includes removal and disposal after project completion).
