The contractor shall have available and readily accessible all required tools, equipment apparatus, facilities, skilled labor services and materials to perform all work necessary to maintain the traffic signal facilities in good working order such as but not limited to: outage repairs, emergency pre-emption repair and adjustments, video camera detection repair and adjustments, induction loop repair and adjustments, signal head adjustments, LED lighting retrofits to signal heads, push button installation, repair and adjustments, pedestrian signal head and RRFBs installation , repair and adjustments, electrical cable repair and/or replacement, synchronization, controller troubleshooting and maintenance, etc.
