Seeking qualified contractors for park and facilities landscaping and grounds maintenance services. Inspect grounds for trash and debris removal. Sweep and was down ground as necessary. Dispose of trash and debris. Inspect for and report needed repairs to park and facility grounds including but not limited to parking lot, asphalt areas, walkways, concrete areas, park bathrooms, drinking fountains and other public areas. For all turf areas, contractor will inspect and police the grounds for litter and debris prior to each mowing and dispose of it. Turf will be mowed one time per week during active growing periods, and as often as required during slow periods of growth to maintain a neat and manicured appearance, weather permitting.
