Seeking qualified contractors for park and facilities landscaping and grounds maintenance services. Inspect grounds for trash and debris removal. Sweep and was down ground as necessary. Dispose of trash and debris. Inspect for and report needed repairs to park and facility grounds including but not limited to parking lot, asphalt areas, walkways, concrete areas, park bathrooms, drinking fountains and other public areas. For all turf areas, contractor will inspect and police the grounds for litter and debris prior to each mowing and dispose of it. Turf will be mowed one time per week during active growing periods, and as often as required during slow periods of growth to maintain a neat and manicured appearance, weather permitting. The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) is soliciting qualified landscaping services to maintain the safety and professional appearance of its facilities through regular and seasonal grounds care. The work includes lawn maintenance, seasonal planting, mulching, pruning, weeding, debris removal, and other routine groundskeeping across TARTA facilities in the Toledo area. The contract term is one year with options for renewal; bidders must submit required certifications and comply with applicable federal requirements.
