2026-2027 School Physician(s)

Description: The Haddon Heights Board of Education is seeking licensed New Jersey physicians or qualified medical service providers for school-physician services during the 2026–2027 school year. One contract covers routine health services for students and staff, while the other covers medical services for athletic programs, including examinations, referrals, health-record work, injury assessment, and event coverage. Proposers must meet New Jersey licensure, experience, insurance, background-check, and certification requirements, with services provided as needed during the contract year.
