2026.07 Optical Sorter RFP

Description: The City of Conway seeks pricing and a contract from qualified manufacturers or authorized integrators for a near-infrared (NIR) hyper-spectral imaging optical sorting system and a 60-inch acceleration conveyor. The equipment will replace the existing National Recovery Technologies optical sorter at the City’s materials recovery facility. Work includes design, manufacture, delivery, installation, start-up, and commissioning, with bids submitted electronically and opened at Conway City Hall.
