2025 Churchville Manor Public Water Project

Construction of a water main extension with water services and curb stops located in the right-of-way for each adjacent residential property and additional connections offered to residences with current water main access. Full public water service connections will be offered to each property located adjacent to the extension however the total number of full connections to be made is subject to each homeowner's willingness to accept the connection offer from NBCMA. The project includes the horizontal directional boring installation of 8" water main, water main taps, fire hydrants, automatic flushing station/sampling station, services, meter pits, plumbing connections, disconnection of wells and all appurtenances. Construction will occur in the State Highway, Township Road, rights-of-way and easement areas on private property.
