Elevated storage tank phase 2. Work includes 234 SY remove and replace a 6" reinforced concrete and #57 stone sub-base floor from the interior of the tank tower, 42 SY remove and replace 4" thick concrete sidewalk/ mow strip on exterior tank base, 1145 LF install 6' 9 gauge by 2" galvanized industrial mesh chain link fence with 3 strand barb wire top and pedestrian gate. Rehabilitation of the 1-million-gallon elevated water storage tank including structural repairs (ladders, platforms, hatches, antenna mounts, interior roof members etc.), with replacement of associated service and overflow piping, valves, vaults, and other appurtenances. Elevated tank will be abrasive blasted and repainted.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to repair and repaint the existing 300,000-gallon Highway 441 elevated water tank and related work.
