Description: The Texas Department of Transportation is soliciting an IFB to establish a contract for a hydraulic-powered, telescoping truck-mounted crane (boom truck) mounted on a tandem-axle chassis. The unit must provide at least a 34,000-pound load rating at a 5-foot load radius, a turret-mounted winch, and a 70-foot minimum boom-tip height, and must be assembled, serviced, tested, and certified. Responses are due through the online portal by September 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT, with questions due September 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT.
