17.0 Acre Agricultural Lease (RFP)

City of Chehalis

Provide qualified individuals or firms for the lease of city-owned agricultural property. The available sites include an approximate 42.5-acre field located southwest of the city's poplar tree farm along SR6 and an approx 8-acre parcel situated beneath BPA power lines west of the farm. Proposals may be submitted for leasing these properties, with preference given to proposals that incorporate the use of both sites.

Iberville Parish School District

Lease for agricultural purposes. The bid will be subject to a minimum bid of $500.00 per acre.

South Central Regional Transit District

The procurement, construction, and commissioning of a one-acre solar photovoltaic (PV) array. Complete all construction activities, including land preparation, installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, concrete pads, wiring, mounting systems, and other associated infrastructure. Make modifications to the existing electrical mains and metering. Install new metering for the PV systems.
