Must leak less than. 02cc/hr per inch of seal at atmospheric pressure when the vessel contains rated pressure. 11. Must have a dissociation pressure of5. 0ee-18 mm hg at 27 degrees c and 5. 0ee-12 mm hg at 100 degrees c. 12. Must have a specific gravity of 0. 2-0. 3 g/cc, compress is to 2. 0 g/cc. 13. Must have thermal conductivity of 0. 2 btu/hr- ft. At 0 degrees c. 14. Must have specific heat: 0. 23 btu/lb. - degree f. 15. Heat combustion: 1434 plus or minus 100 degree f cal/glm. 16. O2 index: 94. 5. 17. Auto-ignition temperature: 939 plus or minus 100 degree f. 18. Coefficient of friction: 0. 2. 19. Matrix tensile strength: 7500 psi. 20. Modulus of elasticity: 50,000 psi at 73 degrees f. 21. Surface free energy: 18. 5 dynes/(cm)2. 22. Meets fda requirements: p ptfe, 21 cfr177. 1550; adhesive, 21 cfr 175. 105. 23. Seals subject to radiation exposure: joint sealant gaskets exposure to 16 mega-rads of gamma radiation on steel flanges with no loss of seal.
