Tubes that are already plugged shall have the plugs removed where possible and shall be tested. Any plugs that either cannot be removed or whose removal would result in damage that cannot be repaired by tube coating shall be left in place and marked as such on the tube maps. Any tubes that are determined to have a leak shall be marked on a tube map and in the field.
