The City of Santa Rosa is soliciting sealed bids (IFB 26-01) for installation and electrification of EV charging infrastructure in Parking Lot 10, including four dual-port Level II chargers and two single-port Level III fast chargers, plus necessary concrete/asphalt removal and replacement per engineered drawings. A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting is scheduled and the procurement will be awarded as a lump-sum construction IFB; electronic responses are required. The solicitation is a standard public works procurement (not a grant) and is currently in the bidding stage.

The City of Mount Airy is seeking bids for the construction of the Franklin Street Streetscape and Parking Lot Improvements Project. The project includes furnishing and installing granite curb, sidewalks, brick pavers, asphalt, and other required materials for improving the streetscape and parking lot along Franklin Street in downtown Mount Airy. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act requirements, and female and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
